I like Jasper Fforde and John Finnemore but jesus wept I don’t even want to try this.
The only person who has ever written in a PG Wodehouse style well and not come off as poor pastiche because he has his own take on the style and gives it a harder more cynical edge so doesn’t feel like a cheap copy and clearly he has the capacity to write really funny lines and jokes in that style is PJ Fitzsimmons.
That he’s not included in this list suggests how unserious they are about it.
