I did? So, if I download it from audible it equals stealing? LOL You’re obviously NOT Bob Mayer. You can’t even properly construct a sentence.
Also many states allow you to steal (download) this material freely and legally so check with your state and local libraries.
Here is interesting reading that explains the traditional CONSUMERS copyrights. It’s called “First Sale Doctrine” and provides that you can sell, rent for profit, etc, your book. Publisher don’t like that and pushed the rights not extend to electronic version.

Dear Bob Mayer, another way of looking at this would be to ask yourself why people use these sites. There are, I believe a number of reasons, here are a few:-
01 Is because you/your publisher charge far too much for it!!!! Over $20 for a book!!! Really.
02 Not even available outside the US, I would classify that as discrimination!!!
Here’s a radical idea, why not make the book available all round the world via iTunes for $4.99 or less and see how many you sell. I would imagine that your profits would increase dramatically if you adopted a somewhat more friendly approach to your readers!!!!

For what its worth, I’ve collected all of the serge storm novels, and i would never have heard of him if it weren’t for this website.
