Which one?
It plays in iTunes, Akimbo and Media Player Classic.
It could be something wrong with your copy. Try downloading it again, Force Recheck, or get a better player.

You can also try re-coding it with FreeAc. In options settings: 32k, 22.5 kHz, mono. That’s one way to fix mp3 “headers”. The real issue is occasionally time stamp on older rips was off, sometimes by a few minutes. It’s usually not a problem unless you try to convert it using iTunes. Use FreeMake Audio Converter if you convert to m4a.
