Voltaire’s other short novels (the ones apart from Candide) are seriously neglected. In particular: if you’ve never read Zadig, you don’t really understand Sherlock Holmes.
L’ingenu being another tale which urgently needs rediscovery in the era of Tennessee’s HB800.
