About three hours into the book. I’ve found the book to be insulting and infuriating. The MC is basically kidnapped into slavery, and he’s just fine with it, only thinking how to better adjust to his new life. Also, the usual “author makes things as he goes” could only work when the author has the world building done in his head then he starts writing, and the only variables are the characters and the story. Otherwise, there are constant excuses why the MC can’t get the information he needs from someone who knows it. Hard pass.

Yes he is basically kidnapped into slavery but he chooses to accept his situation and adapt.
World building and power growth is slow but there are reasons for it, system rules and his abilities(slightly above average guy). He may become OP later but right now he is just a guy trying to catch up in a odd setting.
Great slow burn first book. I was iffy about trying this because Dean Henegar did Cat Core.
